Can I get a catalog?

At this time, we do not have a printed catalog available, but you can view all of our styles in the shop. If you would like to receive email updates, special offers, discounts and coupons, please subscribe by clicking here.

Do I have to register for an account to place an order?

No. We do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order. When you get to the checkout page, you have the option to setup an online account for easy re-ordering. But you can also checkout anonymously.

How do I register for an account?

When you place your first order, you will be given the option to register for an account.

Why should I register for an online account?

Registering for an account provides many benefits. Registration enables you to check out faster, track packages, review your past order history, save frequently used address information and save items to a wish list.

What if my account information changes?

If your account information changes; you can simply sign in and edit your information. This includes the ability to change your sign in email and password. To sign into your account, click here.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, find the styles that you want and click the add to cart button. Once you have selected the color and size, the items will be added to your cart. After you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, you can checkout.

I’m having problems placing an order. What can I do?

We recommend that you first check to make sure all of your billing information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement. If you continue to experience problems placing an order, please contact our customer service. One of our customer service agents will be happy to provide assistance. I can’t find an item I am looking for. What should I do?

We currently offer less than 20 styles, which are presented in a simple grid on our shop page. If you do not see the style you are looking for on that page, then we do not carry it. If you continue to have difficulties finding a particular item, please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, tsquared.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time.  tsquared.com understands that getting your tees & tanks is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to received your order within 2-3 business days.

If you just can't wait to wear your tees & tanks and need them overnight, we will send your package via UPS Red or USPS Express for next day delivery.  The cost for next day delivery service is $24.95.  Overnight delivery charges are non-refundable if merchandise is returned.

How can I make sure my order went through?

Once you successfully place an order, you will view a receipt page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed.

A copy of your receipt will also be emailed to the email address that you specified on your order. You will receive this email typically between 1-6 hours after placing your order.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We are unable to process any orders with international billing or shipping addresses.

Is there sales tax applied on my order?

We apply sales tax to all orders shipping to addresses within California, New York and Nevada.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

As soon as your order ships, we will send an email confirming the shipment. This email will provide you the tracking information for your package. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service, click here.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose. We make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to received your order within 2-3 business days.

How do I order a gift for someone?

We offer gift boxes and wrapping on all orders. When placing an order, you will be given the option to indicate if your order is a gift. Simply check the box next to ‘Show gift options during checkout’ when viewing your cart, and you will be able to enter a gift note. Can I return an on-line purchase to a retail store?

At this time, we cannot accept on-line store purchases returned to our retail-store partners.  Nor can we accept retail-partner purchases to our online store.

How will I know when Tsquared Tees & Tanks has received my return package?

As soon as we receive your return package, we will send you an email notification. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address you provided on your original order.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to Tsquared Tees & Tanks emails?

To subscribe, simply click the subscribe link in the bottom menu of our website, or click here.

Each one of our emails comes with the option to unsubscribe at anytime. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email. If you have an online account, you may also unsubscribe by signing into your account and editing your email preferences.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time we do not offer international shipping. We can not accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

No. At this time we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No. Our shipping provider (UPS) does not allow packages to be delivered to PO boxes.
