Unlike many other ecommerce websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Tsquared.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. And in New York City, we even offer complimentary same day delivery when you order two or more shirts (retail customers only). See below for further details.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Tsquared.com understands that getting your tees & tanks is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your domestic order within 2-3 business days.
If you just can't wait to wear your tees & tanks and need them overnight, we will send your package via UPS Red or USPS Express for next day delivery. The cost for next day delivery service outside of New York City is $24.95. Overnight delivery charges are non-refundable if merchandise is returned (retail customers only).
NYC Same Day Delivery
NYC Same Day delivery is complimentary within the zip codes 10002 – 10040 (retail customers only). A minimum purchase of two shirts is required for same day delivery. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship the same day and arrive before 9:00pm EST (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays. Delivery will be made to the "ship to" address and someone must be present to sign for delivery. If your delivery area is outside zip codes 10001-10040 free delivery is also included according to our standard delivery terms as defined above. Returns are also free for NYC home delivery. FREE Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, just print our free return label in our customer service section "returns and exchanges" - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
